tiam3 意思是：呆在、住在
tiam3 还有避的意思。（下南上《苏秦》p10：走去店。）《厦英》有店雨、店风、走去店等词。

梨园口述本用字“店”，是表音不表义。
《泉州传统戏曲丛书》改为“奠”，奠有放置的意思。读音不对，读音是：【廣韻】【集韻】【韻會】堂練切，音電。也就是说，它的读音是 tian7。和 tiam3 声调不一致，而且韵尾一个是 -n 一个是 -m。（下南剧目上、百里奚、p352）
《厦门方言词典》没有给出字，只写“□”。《台湾闽南语常用辞典》用字是“踮（替）”，说明踮音义都不对，肯定不是本字，这里是用店表音，加个足字旁表义。
我建议直接写“店”就好了。【崔豹古今注】店，置也。所以置貨鬻物也。
