Why the arizona is so hot?

美国的西南部有一个州叫亚利桑纳，大概相当于我们的青海或者甘肃吧，是这个自然环境特别恶劣的地方，也就是美国许多西部片拍摄的地方，那个地方也是唯一长着巨大的仙人掌的洲，因为原来在其他的州也是有仙人掌的，不过没有法律的保护，慢慢的都被人砍，发掘了而亚里桑那州却又保护仙人掌的法律，所以还是可以再看到满山遍野的仙人掌的。

说起亚利桑那州的气候特点，大概就是热了夏天的时候能够到零上50多度，真的是非常的夸张了，我们可以想象一下当我们温度到了三十七八度的时候已经受不了了，而那个时候对于亚历桑纳州来说还是比较凉爽的时间呢。那么就需要解释一下，为什么亚历桑那州的温度会那么高呢？

As we know the climate in Arizona is very hot, especially in the summer, The temperatures are about 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Generally, there are three reasons why Arizona is so hot. 

The first reason is the terrain of Arizona.

We can take a look at the Figure above. In the USA. On the east side is green. Most regions plant with the crops. But in the west of the USA, there a huge mountain. That is the rock mountain. It blocks the humidity air from the western pacific ocean. As we know, the wind in the air is from the west to east. The oceans site the west of Arizona. But because the mountains block, the waters couldn't come through to Arizona. And that makes that area is very dry. So the waters and the humidity air couldn't come through the ocean. The temperatures will growth to high.

The second reason is the climate. As we know, if some regions didn't have enough Precipitation. It could change the surface of the ground. So in Arizona, the most place is the dessert that causes the temperatures will grow fast for it did not have enough water.

The 3rd reason why Arizona is so hot is the altitude of this area. Most regions for southeast Arizona is below 1000 feet. That cast the temperatures is higher. As we know, the temperatures will decrease with altitude. That is why in northwest Arizona, the temperatures are not as higher as the southeast. In the lost weight reasons for Arizona, it is about 7000 feet high, so the temperatures are about 20 degrees below the center of Arizona such as the phoenix.

So we know the temperatures in the summer in Arizona is higher, it's because of the terrain, climate, and altitude Impact.
