There is no doubt that having a good rest plays a crucial and indispensable role in our daily life.At the end of the 2017,I collect and summarize some efficient advice on how to have a good rest,listed as follows.
1.Having had approximately 45 mins' work or study,then,stop what you are doing to have a rest.
2.Standing up and going outside
3.Neither did you play your smartphones, computers or just read a book,which will continue consuming your source of cognition and attention,let lone make you feel relaxed.
4.You can have a physical exercise such as stretching your body or yoga .
5.Having a meditation , taking a nap or having your body scanned from your toes to your head.
6.Having a chat with your friends face to face,talking a relaxing topic.
7.Spending a little time in nature or looking at pictures of the nature.
8.Taking a deep breath.
