Last Thursday I joint a NLP seminar, the teacher told us to do that: wrote down 3 questions in the notebook, who am I? Who am I? who am I? Three "who am i", then wrote down our answers. After that, he told us wrote down our feeling about that answer. This action helps us to think deeply about ourselves. There is a Chinese saying "知己知彼，百战不殆". How much do you know about yourself? The more you know about yourself, the easier you can reach you goal.
