vue cli3项目添加githook，代码提交前eslint验

1、在package.json 中定义已下代码

2、然后安装lint-staged

npm install lint-staged --dev 

3、配置前端文件过滤的工具Lint-staged：

vue-cli-service lint是vue-cli3.0在构建项目的时候，自动生成的。如果你在构建项目的过程中选择了js标准，这个就会生成这个指令，如果你没有使用，所以构建完项目，需要你自己手动增加js规范啦！
