解决：

方法一：删除setting.gradle 里的

dependencyResolutionManagement { repositoriesMode.set(RepositoriesMode.FAIL_ON_PROJECT_REPOS) repositories { google() mavenCentral() } }

方法二：那就继续在setting里添加依赖

原因：gradle 7.0之后加了新模式
