A stream flows in the valley,
The moon shines on the hills.
By meditation I find the key,

4. 花开花谢一场梦
Like a wild flower in the valley,
I blossom and wither in silence.
Though solitary on the journey,

5. 致师父
A kind call wafts from the other shore,
All snow in my heart melts right away.
I cannot hold back my tears any more,
Under your guide I will not go astray.
温言传彼岸，
融雪润心田。
难收感感泪，

6. 明月心
My heart is like a moon so bright,
Mirrored by a deep pond so clear.
Nobody could understand it right,
How shall I whisper it to your ear?

7. 黑夜
O night, if only you stay,
My unrest will melt away.
After I take off my mask,
In your tenderness I bask.

译注：
（1）If only意为“要是……就好了”，今将第一行译为祈使句。
（2）Unrest（不安，烦乱）译为“烦忧”，偏差不算太大，为押韵故，值得。
（3）Bask意为“晒太阳，取暖”，译文将其拆分为“晒干”、“沐浴”，并将前者移到第二行，使“夜”和“晒干”相靠近，形成鲜明的对照，以期体现原作的妙趣。

Now just like a raging fire,
I try to satisfy your desire.
As we reach the top of hill,
Words fail to tell our thrill!
我如烈火冲天，

12. 浮生若云
Like a piece of nameless cloud,
He enjoys floating everywhere.
Of nothing he would be proud,
Reclusion frees him from care.
不名逸云飘，
