With the worldwide outbreak of coronavirus, businesses of Automotive industry has been suffered severely, including several giant OEMs while business of BW TS China is keeping growing with SOP projects and several new launched projects. P2 module projects with high customer recognitions are the key drivers for new business growth in coming years. Being On time delivery of CA P2 is the common concern from high managements of both Customer CA and BW. With the high functionality requirement, design complexity and machinability difficulties ,Key component Cartridge cover is the constraint for on time delivery. Supplier still could not meet print and spec requirements even with rounds of trial runs. Ken Yang, responsible SQM, overcame the difficulties to provide onsite support with good personal protection at supplier site. With effective tech solutions, communication, resource arrangement and personal sacrifice of public tomb-sweeping holiday, he successfully made the on time delivery happened.
