例二: Women and men are commonly seen as having different strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, some people think it is right to exclude males or females from certain professions because of their gender. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Introduction：我不同意
Body-1. 把工作机会向两性都开放有很多好处。由于思维的差异，会带来不同的思维和方法。两性的合作，能让效率更高。比如男性警察虽然在physical strength 有优势，但是女性警察更擅长分析罪犯的犯罪心理。
Body-2. 现代社会两性之间的差距已经不如以前那么大了。在一些诸如建筑，伐木等工作中，科技设备的使用帮助女性在很大程度上弥补了身体不够强壮的缺点。其次，过去极少有女性在政府和公司的管理中扮演角色，但随着女性获得平等的受教育的权利，她们的比例正在逐步的提高。同样的，现在也有越来越多的男性从事护理和幼儿教师这两个原来被看着更适合女性的工作。
Body-3. 因为性别因素把男/女性排除在某些职位之外是一种性别歧视行为。一个人能否胜任一份职位取决于TA是否满足能力的需求。
Conclusion: 我的观点是我们不能因为性别就把males or females排除在某些职业之外。
