Gun in America

Never understood the reasoning behind rapid fire / high calibre GUNs for civilians 🤔🤔🤔

"We need Guns to hunt"

>>> Why does one need guns that can fire dozens of rounds a minute to kill a deer, a bunny or a turkey ? What sort of lame "hunter" are you ???

"We need Guns to protect our rights against Govt. overreach"

>>> Government has Nukes !!!!  Go figure !!!

"We need Guns to put food on our plates"

>>> What ??? In 21st century, in a modern developed country, there are people needing to lead a hunter - gatherer lifestyle - to provide sustanence for themselves and their families !!?? Shame on us !!! Lets get you some bread !!!

"We need Guns to protect our families"

>>> That's exactly why we have Laws & Law Enforcement folks. Make those laws fool proof, ruthless, decisive and .... enforce them with zero leniency. !!!!

"Guns don't kill, its the people who kill"

>>> We are NOT the only nation where there are people in unstable circumstances. Yet, we are the one nation where those "people" end up taking lives - even those of innocent kids - with increasing and alarming frequency !!!!! Any attempt to restrict access for those with questionable health circumstances, even people dangerous enough to be on no-fly lists are not allowed to even come up for a debate !!

For our kids sake,  please, lets reform our gun laws !!!

Only Law Enforcement and Authorized personnel should need weapons as deadly as some that are allowed to be bought and easily available. There has to be a sensible compromise where both gun rights and need for safety can be achieved !!

Thoughts and Prayers ain't enough to stop the next child, innocent person from getting killed !
