May be some of them. Nevertheless, I  firmly believe that there is something in the film touch your soul. A good film can express the emotions that we all understand but nondescript for art is derived from life, but beyond the life.

也许因为其中一些，我坚信电影中的某些东西触摸到了你的内心。一部好的电影可以表达出我们都了解但难以名状的情感，因为艺术来源于生活，但高于生活。

Manchester by the Sea

Manchester by the Sea was directed by Kenneth Lonergan. The protagonists are Casey Affleck, Michelle Williams, Kyle Chandler.

《海边的曼彻斯特》是由肯尼斯·罗纳根执导，由卡西·阿弗莱克、米歇尔·威廉姆斯、凯尔·钱德勒等主演。

It just gave an account of a plain story of a ordinary man, Lee Chandler.

它讲述了一个普通人李·钱勒德的故事。

He destroyed his family for his greed of beer.One night after drinking, he found that all his three children and wife were on fire when he came back. Unfortunately, only his wife had been saved.

因为他对酒的贪恋导致他摧毁了他的家庭。某天晚上他喝完酒后回家，发现妻子和三个孩子身在火海，不幸的是，只有他的妻子被救逃离火海。

This was a dramatic turning point of his life. Before that, he just took it granted for the love from  his bigger brother, his wife and his children.

这是他人生一个巨大的转折点。以前他只会把来自哥哥、妻子和孩子的爱当做理所当然。

He divorced with his wife and leaved Manchester for he never had the courage to face all the problems he had caused especially his wife.

他和妻子离婚然后离开了曼切斯特，因为他没有勇气面对自己造成的后果，又特别是妻子。

However, escaping from the reality never could solve it. He just live another place to bear all the torment of guilty. He fought with others in order to release the pressure and gian the fleshly pain. Maybe only in this way could he numb himself and feel shame a bit less in the soul.

然而，逃避现实从来都解决不了问题。他只是生活在了另外一个地方去承受愧疚的折磨。他和别人打架释放压力，得到肉体上的痛，也许只有这样，他才可以麻痹自己，少一点心灵上的愧疚。

His bigger brother's death pulled him back to Manchester. He couldn't do anything but face to face with the guilt. At the same time he had to be the guardian of his nephew even though he was reluctant to.

他哥哥的死将他在一次"拉"回曼彻斯特，除了直面他的罪过，他无能为力。同时尽管他不愿意，但他必须得成为侄子的监护人。

Manchester by the Sea

The wound in his soul was so gaint that he never had the courage to forgive himself. However, what it would be happen when he had a family again? I can't  say it would be better and better but it would not be bound to worse.

心灵的创伤如此巨大，以至于他从来就没有勇气原谅自己，然而，当他再一次拥有家人，将会怎么样呢？我不能说他会变得越来越好，但我相信一定不会更差!

We will suffer a lot or make mistakes as well as in our lives. Some of them can be made up for, some can't be. I also know that there are some people got into the trouble and never got rid of it again, or rather, they got out of the dilemma with death, just like the young and beautiful writer, Lin Yihan and the lead singer of Linkin Park, Chester Bennington.

我们一生也会遭受很多，也会犯很多错，有的我们可以弥补，有的不能。我也知道有些人陷入困境就没有再走出来过，更确切的地说他们"摆脱"了困境，但是是以死亡的方式，就像年轻漂亮的作家林奕含和林肯公园的主唱查斯特·贝宁顿.

Once upon a time, I read a psychological passage which is about embracing the whole yourself. Actually, learning something about psychology is not only can understand others but also ourselves.

我曾经读过一篇关于拥抱完整的自己的心理学文章. 实际上学习一点心理学不仅能了解别人，还能读懂自己。

Just make peace with yourself, no matter good or bad,  attractive or average-looking, rich or poor and so on. As a matter of fact, we have all the both sides.

和自己和解，不管好还是坏，美丽还是普普通通，贫穷还是富贵等等，其实，我们每个人都有这两面。

Life is always tough when we observe it in depth.  All we need to do is seeking joy amidst sorrow. By the way, love needs to be seen and felt, so please don't be stingy with your love.

我们深入观察生活，会发现它总是很艰难，我们所要做的就是学会苦中作乐。顺便说一下，爱需要被看见，被感受到，请不要吝啬!
