      海南省人民政府企业家咨询会议成立大会在1月12日在三亚举行，马云主持了这次会议，探讨的主题为“海南如何在全球资源配置格局中找到定位，加快全岛自由贸易试验区和中国特色自由港建设”。

      关于海南自由贸易港的建设，马云提出了几条建议。他认为海南第一个定位应该是要围绕健康和快乐。

    About building HanNan  free trade port.Jack Ma come up with a few suggestions.He think that the location of Hainan province should embrace the health and happiness.

        也就是说，发展海南不能以环境为代价，要让水更清，天更蓝。这块宝地，中国只有一个，要真正思考上个世纪的夏威夷是怎样在全世界中吸引了无数人。

        In other word.Hainan should not be developed at the cost of environment.At the same time. Water  is more clearer. The sky is more bluer. The rare place. China only has it. And we should think how does Hawail appeal a lot of people  all over the world  in the last century.
