The international community must act immediately to reduce the consumption of fossil fuels (eg. gas and oil) in all countries.to what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is very common to cut down the use of fossil fuels in the international society,which contributes to global warming.Howerer, i believe what practices we should do depends on diverse situations.
Some countries should perform some policies as soon as possible due to its positive impact.Especially some equipping with advanced technology and abundant natural resources,are competent to develop pollution-free fuels,such clean resources as solar,geothermal and tidal energy. And the authorities should also encourage the public to use them. At the same time,if some meatures work out immediately, the content of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere will be at under effective control,which provent thein their concern with global from the greenhouse effect.
However, in other counties,taking some action promptly is unrealistic,and have adverse effects.
It is rather obvious In Iran that these energy consumption holds the key in energy intensive economics.The sharp decline of oil is attributed to less export and .It is likely to decrease government't finance.One the other hand,person living in the disadvantage background‘s context such as certain African countries could not pay more attention to this field,and to improve the quality of life is their top priority.And the social side,these rapid policies maybe generate enormous waste of instruments and facilities they have had already，to trigger another environment pollution,and new instruments maybe increase the cost of energy.
To summarise,we should cosider the extent to which we perform actions in different countries and solutions,and choose opitimal methods to control fossil fuels.
