小学生谎称挨揍家长暴打班主任 母亲被拘留

6月29日上午，安徽省淮北市第二实验小学发生一起“家长殴打教师”事件。淮北市相山区30日发布通报称，公安机关对殴打老师的学生母亲和小姨作出行政拘留15日的处罚，殴打老师的学生父亲系淮北市卫计委下属机构考培中心副主任，已被停职，淮北市纪监委对其立案调查。该校校长被免职。

　　据中青在线报道，当天上午10时左右，该校五（5）班一位学生家长带着亲属九人在校长王晓允许的情况下，到会议室商谈该生上学情况。商谈期间，该生突然闯进会议室，谎称自己被打。该生家长情绪激动，冲出会议室，闯进其孩子教室，对全体学生进行恐吓。该学生母亲和姨到办公室找到五（5）班班主任张昕，对其殴打，导致其受伤送医。事件发生时，该校班子成员无人拨打110报警电话和120急救电话，一键报警系统也没有启动报警。

　　6月30日，安徽省淮北市相山区互联网宣传管理办公室官方微博@相山风采 发布情况通报称，6月29日，淮北市第二实验小学发生1名学生家长及亲属到校园内寻衅滋事事件，该学生的多名同班同学受到谩骂，1名教师受伤。

　　据通报，接到报警后，公安民警立即到场处置，当场控制了肇事者，同时将受伤教师迅速送往医院治疗，学校老师对受谩骂学生进行了安抚。淮北市、区两级党委政府高度重视，立即成立了专班进行处理，市、区有关负责同志到医院看望慰问了该名受伤教师。目前，该受伤教师得到有效治疗，伤情稳定。当晚，公安机关在调查的基础上，依据治安管理处罚法决定对肇事者行政拘留十五日。
