Before kindle, I used to read books with my cellphone, through some specific book APPs or WeChat Reading. I have a bad habit which is reading in bed. The blue light released from cellphone not only might cause hypopsia, but also disorder one's biological clock. So the cellphone is not good enough for night reading. Considering my already poor eyesight, I bought a kindle paperwhite for reading.
At the beginning, I didn't use it frequently. Comparing to Apple equipment, kindle is inferior on touch experience and maneuverablity. It's not that fluent like iPhone. However, kindle has several unique advantages. First of all, it's harmless to your eyes. It adores an exclusive technology called ELETRONIC INK, which is very friendly to your eyesight. Guys like reading in bed can benefit a lot. Secondly, it's light in weight and portable. Thirdly, it has embedded dictionaris for you to learn new words easily, so it's great to read English books. More important，it can be uesd on the plane!
As for kindle, it only costs you RMB1000 or less, so don't expect the same operation experience as iPod Touch. Kindle is only a reader, but an amazing reader！
