自学了Unit 2 课文，文章标题是《The humanities: Out of date? 》
文章行文思路挺清晰的。关于文科展开讨论。先谈到社会现状，就是就业率低，前景不好，从而主修的人也变少的那些。然后进入正题，提出观点，表示文科很有用。接着谈到文科从何发展，与古人的联系(就是古人的艺术语言)。再说在现在社会的用途，最后提到最深层，深挖到了洞察力，insight. 文科会带给我们不同的视角与洞察力。引用了一些名人事例，比如卡梅隆，李小龙等等。最后总结，文科很重要。
由于老师作业留的很紧，当然，也可能是因为我拖了一段时间，导致在今天一天要面临三份英语作业。但现在的我可不一样，似乎来了状态。说来可笑，加入没有疫情，15号我就走了，可能就赶不上这阵子状态爆发了。我用了一个月假期来玩，用两天来找回状态。反正英语的积极性是上去了。网上也看了许多方法。至少现在在家，我知道该怎么学了。我有了一个纯为英语的笔记本，每天都有新的内容补充上去。新鲜血液源于自己平日课本学习，也源于我在英语流利说-阅读里花钱开了课。每天都有来自于外国报纸的新鲜文章，有老师给做讲解音频。我认真学，一次要全情投入1h。就贼充实。完了在群里打个卡。听说不间断到最后还有奖励。完了第二天翻笔记本，记得满满的，再复习就好啦。
这么看，大学上的还是不错的。似乎对于自学也摸到些门路。隐约对在家学习有一种愉悦之感。挺好，挺好。
最后，附上自学笔记，大部分是我自己总结的(当然可能有些语法错误，以后再修缮吧)。
There are four points about the importance of humanities.
First, we can't communicate with ancient people in modern scientific language. Their thoughts are in their works, such as story, music, sculpture. But they create those in artistic"language". The key of communicating is humanities.
Second, studying the humanities improve our ability to read and write, which will be our advantage when we land a job.
Third, learning the humanities well makes us familar with the language of emotion and the creative process. while a mansay "I love you ", you can say "Both of us, of the love which makes us one ".
Last but not least, it can invest us with great insight and self-awareness,thereby releasing our creative energy and talent in a positive and constructive manner.
