最小火热油,花椒变色后,捞出
加牛肉丁,肉炒变色,加料酒两瓶盖,去腥味,做辣的放小红椒,需要把辣椒的水分都熬出来

放一半姜蒜,炒到肉快熟,放甜面酱(利民)一袋,不停的搅动,易糊锅

搅拌均匀后,放绵白糖提鲜,放盐2勺半,放入剩下的姜和蒜,继续搅拌
搅拌均匀,关火,放一点点醋
再放芝麻,搅拌
