练习感悟：
今天没有带任何目的，单纯依靠自己的好奇心和学习欲望，看了半篇经济学人的原文，平时一段都看不下去的。今天感觉学到了很多地道用法，比如gap，chasm，divide都可以表示经济的鸿沟。学英语没有高级低级之分，就算是最简单的新概念，也有很多地道的用法值得学习，比如今天的exclaim，就是一个考试不常见的词语，还有前天的演员在舞台上表演，用appear on the stage，也是我不会的。每天都有新收获。
意志力是有限的，只有把一件事变成习惯才不会耗费额外的精力，所以一段时间不要给自己多个目标，而是把最想做的事情放在第一位。如果又想学英语，又想减肥，又想准备考试，还想努力工作，那么，大概率会崩溃，一个都完不成，或者质量很差。总是能在有些成功的人身上找到一些共性，学会取舍，不要在意他人的眼光，能够延时满足，做个拎得清的人。
