    I'd rather not to say

    a polite way to say you don't want to give somebody some information

    I wouldn't say no (to something)

    used to say that you would like something or to accept something you are offered

    I wouldn’t say no to a coffee.

    I have to say

    • = I must say
      used to emphasize what you are saying

      I must say, it gave me quite a shock.

    • I have to say/admit/confess
      used to show that you are making an honest statement even though it may be embarrassing for you

    whatever you say

    use to agree with somebody's suggestion, even if you don't like it, because you don't want to argue about it
