Our neighbour Captain Charlz Charles Alison will sail from Portsmouth tomorrow. we will We'll see him at the harbour (early) in the morning. He will be in his small boat Topsail. Topsail is a famous little boat. It has sailed across the Atlantic many times. Captain Charles Alison will set out at 8 o'clock. So we we'll have plenty of time.(We'll see his boat and then we'll say goodbye to him.) He will be away for 2 months. We are very proud of him. He will take part in an important race to across the Atlantic.

1./ b/ ： 双唇紧闭，憋住气；突然分开双唇，气流冲出口腔同时发出爆破音；浊辅音，送其力量较弱，声带振动

2./p/：爆破音；紧闭双唇，组织气流流出；突然分开双唇，气流冲出口腔，爆破发声；声带不振动；当这次词出现在词尾时，千万不要加上一个弱读的元音/ə/

练习感悟：

以往发音的错误认知基模，或让练习时候自说自话，而忽略音频的发音，这样的练习越多越是灾难，因为在不断坚强固化自己的错误发音。今天练习时间很长，但是状态不是很好，不知道是不是太累，连读总是卡住，the atlanticthe /ði/Atlantic/ətˈlæntɪk/ 总是发成/ðə//ætˈlæntɪk/ ，旧发音习惯真的是根深蒂固，很想咬自己的舌头。有小伙伴说我的复述很流利，笔记很重要，记下关键字，但不是全部，看着关键字，之前朗读很多遍的句子，以及理解文章后产生的画面感，都会随着关键字浮现。
