看下17.253.69.201这个IP地址，查询网址，可以发现是境外的IP。
如果找到一个Apple位于大陆的CDN节点，那么速度应该会快一些。
解决办法：
快捷键 command + shift +G，输入前往文件夹
/etc/hosts
复制hosts文件到桌面，在最后添加下面两行内容
17.253.85.202 developer.apple.com
17.253.85.201 devstreaming-cdn.apple.com
或者使用终端vim命令编辑
sudo vim /etc/hosts
直接编辑hosts文件
