多机使用Singularity并行 openmpi

    多个节点分别安装openmpi

    yum install -y wget make gcc gcc-c++ perl bind-utils openssh*
    cd /usr/local/src
    wget https://download.open-mpi.org/release/open-mpi/v3.1/openmpi-3.1.0.tar.gz
    tar -zxvf openmpi-3.1.0.tar.gz
    cd openmpi-3.1.0/
    ./configure --prefix="/usr/local/openmpi"
    make && make install
    vi /etc/profile
    
    # OPENMPI
    export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/openmpi/bin
    export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/openmpi/lib
    
    source /etc/profile
    

    多个节点分别安装singularity

    # 安装依赖
    yum groupinstall -y 'Development Tools' 
    yum install -y openssl-devel libuuid-devel libseccomp-devel squashfs-tools
    
    # 安装GO
    cd /usr/local/src
    wget https://dl.google.com/go/go1.13.linux-amd64.tar.gz
    tar -zxvf go1.13.linux-amd64.tar.gz -C /usr/local
    vi /etc/profile

    # 安装singularity
    cd /usr/local/src

    make && make install
    

    准备MPI样例
