改作品改的抓耳挠腮不知道从何下手，打开IDEO网站看了看项目介绍感触颇深。随手一翻Jobs看到上海在招Sr Interaction Designer，JD写的太好了，想打印出来贴墙上时刻提醒自己：精进！精进！精进！
第一项就是要会区分good和great，简直当头一棒。人怎么着都得有追求啊，死磕也要磕不是吗。
如果有朝一日我能去IDEO我也算是功德圆满了。
附上JD的一部分。
THE BASICS:
· Be able to distinguish between “good” and “great” work and be able to articulate the difference.
· Be OK with trial and error; you should have experience prototyping and experimenting at different levels of fidelity.
· Be able to provide valuable insights and points of view at the intersection of brand, business and interaction design.
· Have cross-cultural design experience
· Strong visual and interaction design work
· Ability to convey concepts through wireframes, flows and mockups
· Fluent in visual design tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator
· Fluent in creating quick and dirty prototypes (for example, animations with AfterEffects, click-throughs with Keynote, interactive prototypes with Flintos or Axure, etc.)
· Coding for web and/or mobile app experience (JavaScript/CSS/HTML, Objective-C, etc.)
WHAT GETS US EXCITED:
