1.AndroidManifest.xml中配置

   android:authorities="你的包名.provider"

     android:resource="@xml/file_paths" />
 </provider>

2.在res文件夹底下新建一个xml文件夹，里面新建file_paths.xml文件

    <external-path

</paths>

3.版本是否在7.0以上
