The public morals are declining and the revival of them requires sincere commitment to good deeds. No thinking man would refuse to admit the fact that it is the public morals and individuals' good deeds, such as helping the elderly cross the road that boost the sound evolution of a society. And the flourishing and prevailing trend of traditional and modern virtues is indispensable for the harmonious society construction. But the problem mentioned above perfectly exemplifies that many of us have not realized the essence of doing good deeds. Some corresponding program and initiatives should be proposed and promoted to help the restoration of public morality.

With serveral cities issuing local smoking bans, the government shows the determination to give teeth to smoking ban. It is a promising start, which will improve public health and protect nonsmokers from secondary smoke.

In many sectors of the government, average wages are higher than in the picture ones. And the real gains come in benefits and work practices. Some local branches have repeatedly "back loaded"public-sector pay deals, keeping the pay increases modest but adding to holidays and especially pensions that are already generous. These facts make positions in the government much more attractive for graduates.
噪音污染
Noise pollution,in effect,can be as harmful as air, water and soil pollution,as it is a major cause of insomnia,even heart attacks. There have been successful attempts to curb noise pollution in some countries. In comparison, China's solutions to the noise problems, be they technological or legislative, still lag far behind.Neither the environmental protection authorities, who are supposed to take care of industrial noise,nor the police that should play a role in curbing traffic noise do their job properly. And public complaints about urban noise pollution often fall on deaf ears.Building roadside shields should be a viable solution to traffic noise pollution.But they are poorly built even absent in many cities due to the lack of cooperation among departments. The noise pollution polices need to have more teeth to effectively tackle the problem.
