Service启动流程
Activity
1:startService()---> ActivityManagerService()启动服务
2:ActivityManagerService 从ProcessRecord 判断状态
3:ActivityThread 创建调用Service onCreate 和 onStartCommand()
4:Application 然后创建Service onCreate 和 onStartCommand

分三种情况启动
1:App进程不存在且Service 不存在 AMS.startProcessLocked() 启动进程
2:App进程存在但是Service不存在 realStartServiceLocked() Service 执行onCreate() 和onStartCommand()
3:App进程存在和Service存在 sendServiceArgsLocked() Service 执行onStartCommand()
