训练感想：今儿延续往常的感觉，当对自己的要求稍微高点就自己虐自己，现在是从听发音的阶段过度到语音语调的阶段，还是很痛苦的 ，每当感觉把注意力放在语音语调上时，就感觉发音的准确性不高，不注意这个只是重点关注把音读准时就会比较容易，但是也不能防水，一定要往语音语调上靠，听了群里的人的语音只有很少数人能做到两全其美，革命尚未成功，还需努力啊，今儿比较好的是一直在安抚自己的情绪，告诉自己情绪这个东西很快就会过去了，所以要关注于事情本身就行，继续加油，新概念2马上就结束了！
