I had a class of 10 players.
1/Warmup~We did running and dribbling with the ball and players would seat on the ball after the whistle.Progression now players run and dribble with the ball through small goals in a marked area.

2/Technical Drills~The main content was about running with the ball under control and passing.Progression now players played a competitive 1v1 fighting for possession and scoring.

3/We played a 5v5 match and players tried some of the skills learnt.

Observed then played football for another class.

I had 11 players
1/Warmup~We did coordinating sprints without the ball.Progression by introducing balls whereby players were running with the ball leaving it on the first to the last cone until finished.We progressed again by introducing a competitive game where first players from each group run with the ball to the first cone and back and the following player leaving at at the next cone until all players finish and the first group to finish lifts the ball.

2/Technical Drills~The main content was running with the ball under control,dribbling and passing.Players were passing making an in and out sprint and the receiver dribbles in and out before he passes to the player in front to restart the process.

3/We played a 5 v 5 match and players enjoyed playing the game.
