但是
1、my.ini文件必须在安装之前创建好（安装根目录 D:/MySQL）。如果不创建my.ini配置文件，MySQL依然可以安装成功。但安装好后再创建my.ini配置则不生效（暂未找到生效办法）。所以在安装之前创建my.ini配置文件是最好的。
2、data目录无需创建，在安装过程中data目录会自动被创建

1、打开xampp面板，点击shell，
2、# mysql -u root -p
3、# 初始密码为空，直接按Enter键
4、# alter user 'root'@'localhost' identified by '123456'; # 更改root的密码为123456
5、# FLUSH PRIVILEGES; # 刷新权限
6、打开 D:\xampp\phpMyAdmin 文件 config.inc.php，将
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = '123456';
