How do you usually have your weekly meeting ? We usually have a meeting once a week , so that we can solve the problem for our staffs . They can also share their experiences in handling difficulties customers.
You can always start your weekly from the following steps:
1. Make a summary of last week work ;
2. Problems faced during your work ;
3. Suggestions for the problems faced ;
4. Plan for next step .
5. Summaries for each staff.
I don’t usually have a meeting weekly , i have meeting once two weeks .it is still good to have some communications with other colleagues.
