一.个人感悟
过去只是粗略的知道王安石变法这件事情，通过阅读了解了许多。苏洵说，了解一个人的性格很难，甚至聪明人也常会受骗，只有冷静的观察者才能看透人的性格而预知将来的发展。王安石一开始把自己扮演成有一颗政心，废寝忘食，不顾身边的事事，为了扩大自己的声誉。朝中多次提拔也都拒绝。可见这个人的城府与远见有多深。不能只透过事情的表面去判定一个人是什么样子，要经过一系列事情的理性分析。尤其是身处领导位置的人。
