One year ago I could only get up at six in the morning. But I found myself there’s not plenty of time to run. You know, i like running. So i trid to get up half an hour earlier than before. And I were happy to see it was okay for me. So i set an alert of 5:30 a.m. Getting up at 5:30 a.m. have become one of my habits.
