1.soreness
noun. a pain that is felt 酸痛的

PART2 Thoughts
今天阅读《刻意练习》的第二章的两个小标题,第一个是伦敦出租车司机的大脑,第二个是适应性。
伦敦出租车司机的例子说明了人的大脑通过锻炼也是有变化的,只是不像肌肉会表现出来,但通过测试可以发现posterior hippocampi could be "bulked up" through practice, like muscle.
适应性是通过盲人和聋哑人的例子,来说明当你的一个能力没有了,你会更加专注的发挥另一个能力,比如盲人的听力特别好,聋哑人,在文章中我没太读明白,但是我看过一个聋哑人讲述,她心灵手巧,特别擅长剪纸和编织,看什么东西一看就会,这会不会是她的眼力神经更发达到,她能更好使用眼部神经元。
我们人类的适应性其实很强大的,有的时候真是我们自己想象不到的,目前对我自己可以很肯定的判断我是懒惰,也可以很好的听得说自己在舒适区呆久了,要改变,我要学会一点点调整。
