如何介入调停

当发生当事人之间产生矛盾，争执不下，并且已经影响到事情进展时，就是Third party介入调停的时候了。

目的是为让双方的潜在利益都得到满足，各取所需

Solve the problem, get  the problem fixed and move on to implement the decision.

如何做一个公正的介入调停者？

1.分开。To show you clearly that you are treating both sides fairly. (Eg: Separately asking each side to present their case, give both sides opportunity to voice.)

️️️️️️️注意：一开始要分开双方，另一方不在场时单独询问另一方

2.一起。Give voice to both sides when they all here, but imposing consistent rules

双方都在场时，控制好发言时间的公平，对双方的称谓细节，语气细节，都要显示公正，eg: personal treatment, Respect...

3.肯定。Affirm both sides underline principles. Let's all agree A and B, no room to negotiate!

肯定双方绝无可能妥协的的最低底线和原则

4. 附加。Additional Symbolic value.  What we are agreeing to doesn't simply mean what we are agreeing to.

eg:因被打耳光起诉离婚的案件，受害者真正更在乎的是尊重和平等

5. 解决方案。 Let the disputants to come up with solution and commit to implement the decision.

让当事人自己做决定并承诺，这样才能让之后的实际实施更顺利

6.收尾。作为介入调停者，宣布结果。

You need to ensure closure, there should be an outcome eventually.
