在发邮件时，我们有时候需要Add Tracking Link到我们指定的网页，当碰到这种需求事，我们可以参考以下的链接：Tracking link clicks from your website
在编辑Email Template的时候我们切换到HTML模式，添加如下的代码就可以了。

在测试发邮件的流程，我们可以把Email Address添加到一个List里面，但是要确保所有的prospect是Emailable的，也就是在Prospect上的字段Do Not Email是Unchecked的，如下图所示：

这样我们才可以把所有的Email Address添加到List中。
还有如果有duplicate的email address，那么只会给其中最近有Activity的Prospect发邮件。（详情可见：Allow Multiple Prospects with the same email address
）

BCC Email Compliance
只有在 Pardot Plus and Advanced Editions 中才支持此功能，我们可以在Account Setting中去配置BCC 邮件。
之前有一个问题是关于邮件追踪的问题，就是说我们从Pardot发出去的邮件能不能被Email Server追踪到，那答案其实是不能的。
E-mail messages sent from Salesforce will not appear in your email server 'Sent Items' folder because the message is sent from the Salesforce server, not your enterprise mail server. If you want a copy of your email in Outlook, turn on the setting to automatically BCC emails to your return address. So the email authentication is only give Pardot permission to send emails on your behalf.
