error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.
是因为项目中存在多个的pods-debug.xcconfig，
需要找到 build-debug 文件，引入 pod 下来的pods-debug.xcconfig，
解决方案：在build-debug中引入 pod 下来的 xcconfig 文件就可以了
include "../Pods/Target Support Files/Pods-base-app/Pods-base-app.debug.xcconfig"
同方法在 release 中也引入对应的文件就可以解决这个报错。
