- 网络不稳定时，使用清华镜像，那是相当的快！
在'~/.pip/pip.conf'中编辑如下：（没有文件夹或者文件，就新建）

[install]
use-mirrors = true
mirrors = https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn
- 明明服务器装了cuda9.0，却报错“ImportError: libcublas.so.9.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory”：
路径没有加正确，尝试：export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/cuda-9.0/lib64/
如果成功了，可以直接加入到'.bashrc'中去
