一直都觉得英语中有些词汇的表现力很强，可以确切地指某一种特定的事物，这种词汇我觉得也是老爷子推荐大家多使用的的词汇之一吧。我的问题不是我不用，而是我对他们的认识还不够深刻。还是要多积累。

最近两章第二次留意到老爷子这样使用wrestle这个词，应该指的是费尽力气做某事。

老爷子还很喜欢用步调来形容写作，这里的gait和之前的strut都是这一类的。

句与句之间、段与段之间都要有联系，层层递进，不要贪心想一句话把内容全说完。适量提供读者所需的背景知识，适时引入自己的风格和观点。在开头结束后应提醒读者，新的叙事即将展开，准备好在时间、重点和语气上的转变。在写作过程中要时时反思：这篇文章的中心意义是什么？有时候需要删减内容才能突出重点。时刻注意如何让自己的文字为读者带来愉悦。
