训练感想：今儿的文章还是毫无悬念的读完了，感觉还是有进步的，现在看见单词很多音标都能浮现在眼前，到目前为止还是坚持每个单词手动的查，当然这很耗时，但是感觉心里踏实，其实每次的学习都是理智与情绪的斗争，情绪告诉你搞得自己那么累干嘛？理智告诉你，这是你自己选择的，现在放弃当初为什么开始？现在放弃前面所付出的时间都白费了。其实我也不知道自己为啥这么喜欢折腾，从小成绩不好，上高中才意识到学习的重要性，一路拼命追赶，但是成绩还是不佳，进入社会，更加喜欢学习，但是也被割了一些韭菜，但是折腾的心不减，我相信只要心里是积极的，总会遇到和自己气场相符的人，直到有一天遇到S,觉得他的文章犀利，睿智，但更重要的是真实，担心再次被割韭菜，持续关注了很久，终于意识到他一直在干点实事，从而晨读班，朗读，成长会在今年全面开启了，希望为3年后的自己做点事情，目前坚持的情况是比较好的，坚持早起，坚持朗读，坚持晨读，这一次，一定不能放弃，行动了这么就，我一直觉得才刚刚开始，行动了这么久我也变得比以前更加踏实了，因为要做好一件事情并没有那么容易，所以得慢慢来，同时也被群里的这群人感动着，当大部分人都在追求怎么快速改变自己时，我们还在脚踏实地的干一些事情，现在想想也被自己感动着，不过等到3年后这些可能都不是事儿了，每天会看S的文章，鸡汤也好，打鸡血也罢。感觉文章很有力量，今儿发的是朋友圈 的内容，看了不少，至少在目前感觉是有共鸣的，希望未来的我更加踏实，
