原因及解决：
本次提交的版本相对于上一次已经过审/已发布的版本而言，缺少了部分支持设备，比如已过审/已发布的版本是支持iPhone和iPad的，而本次提交的版本只支持iPhone，这是不被允许的，只要支持之前支持的设备就可以，界面问题可以使用Masonry等框架修改就行
