    1.when your brain is thinking about something worthwhile,it doesn't get caught up in painful emotions,vice versa.when your brain fall into bad moods,you'll have no time and space to think something worthy.

    2.Not only to keep your brain active,but also to keep your body move,because action drives your perception.

    3.Repetition is the mother of success.

    4.Don't spend too much time to think when it's time to begin,the best time is now.

    5.I learned a fabulous conception from James Clear who write the book Atomic Habits:Do not neglect any action,for it will consolidate your experience.When your experience reached a certain times,it will become a habit.Even though maybe you do something just off and on,don't give it up,trust it will reward for you.Another thing is that create new habit is a long time thing since you have to fade out bad one.So keep patient .
