    Great leaders can bring out the best in their team members and lead them to achieve an organization's goals.
    Here are some key qualities that every good leader should possess.

    possess: 拥有



    visionary
    A person who is visionary is able to think into the future and plan for it with conviction.
    Visionary leaders set bold goals for the company and are able to communicate their vision with passion.
    This passion can increase morale and encourage employees to work hard toward the goals of the organization.

    empathetic
    A person who is empathetic is able to experience and relate to how other people are feeling.
    If a leader lacks empathy, they cannot develop a close connection with their employees, which may affect their team's performance.
    Leaders should also learn to empathize with customers' needs, so that they can better satisfy them.

    able to delegate
    Effective delegation is not about simply giving tasks to employees.
    It shows employees that their leader trusts their abilities.
    When employees feel trusted, they may feel greater morale and confidence at work.
    Also, leaders who can effectively delegate work have more time to focus on high level work, such as strategic planning.

    committed
    A person who is committed to something shows great dedication toward it regardless of setbacks.
    A leader's commitment to their team will not only earn the respect of the team, but will also drive the team to work hard.
    Likewise, if a leader expects their team to work hard and produce quality work, they need to show their commitment and lead by example.
