前两天遇到了这个问题，通过手动增加APN可以暂时解决，我的卡是中国移动的：
Settings -> Network&Internet -> Cellular -> Operator Settings
下面点“Add APN”手动添加APN：

就填两个空CMNET，其它留空就行。

然后就OK了。
