After school, kevin said he felt dizzy, but he still wanted to go swimming. We talked about his English exam, how many bottles of water he drank at school, and etc.

When we came back home, after packed his backpack for tomorrow, he went to sleep before 20:30.  Hope he could feel better tomorrow.

2.PD实践

根据昨晚的约定，今天早晨由孩子自己安排自己的时间，执行情况非常好，闹钟响起，自己立马起床、穿衣、洗漱、吃饭、收拾完毕，比往常的出门时间还早了一点。晚上由于去游泳了，而且他也觉得有些不大舒服，很早就睡了。明天继续跟进执行情况。
