    Base64编码与解码

    1. 系统自带的
      js系统自带的base64二进制转为字符为atob(),字符转为二进制函数为btoa(),但是实际使用时在对一些base64加密的字符解密时出现错误,不符合我的要求。使用网上的一些用js写的base64函数的效果不错。
