感悟：投资者或者企业家的思维本应该就是独立思考，但更重要的是如何对待consensus，大部分成功者都有着对共识特别的甄别和判断。
3、一个概念：believability-weighted（非常重要的概念，对于全书都至关重要）
意思为：可靠性权重 或者 可信性权重

全书99%的内容都围绕这个点展开，即怎么创造一个idea meritocracy—— 用最好的想法决策，而不是老大说了算 (autocracy)，或者民主(democracy).
因为任何一个人，都可能犯错，都会有自己的偏见、问题
那怎么解决这个问题呢？
所以，需要极度的实话和透明 (Radical Truth and Radical Transparency), 发现问题来提供反馈、不断改进，并且需要允许犯错，让不同看法的人互相讨论 (Thoughtful Disagreement) 并且有办法来解决意见分歧 （即Believability-weighted Decision Making）等等 —— 也就是书中的principles了

其中laid out是show up的含义
应该会有人提出问题，这个句子句式，see和operate并列的，应该一下子就懂了吧，that是个定从。
