    Critical perspectives share:

    INRODUCTION PART

    1.SUCCESS< prompt > PRINCIPLE

2.GOOD PRINCIPLE>>>>GOOD DECISION AND BETTER LIVES

    GOOD PRINCIPLE

3.COMMON PRINCIPLE BIND US>>>>IT' THE TIME!

    4.REFINE.

    HAVING YOUR OWN PRINCIPEL PART

    1.Embracing the fact

成为independent thinker 和 accept truth and fact

out of life 来自生活 或者 出自生活

    2.CONSEQUENCE

Think for yourself to decide 1) what you want, 2) what is true, and 3) what you should do to achieve #1 in light of #2 . . .

MY PRINCIPLE AND HOW I LEARNED THEM

    1.MISTAKE

I believe that the key to success lies in knowing how to both strive for a lot and fail well. By failing well, I mean being able to experience painful failures that provide big learnings without failing badly enough to get knocked out of the game.

2、One needs to be an independent thinker who bets against the consensus and is right.

    3、一个概念:believability-weighted(非常重要的概念,对于全书都至关重要)

4.Operate by principles that are so clearly laid out that their logic can easily be assessed and you and others can see if you walk the talk.

    其中laid out是show up的含义

    5.Systemize your decision making.

I learned the computer could make better decisions than me because it could process vastly more information than I could, and it could do it faster and unemotionally.

    Bridgewater Associates

    HOW THESE BOOKS ARE ORGANIZED
