one cute thing
I‘ve learned how to bounce now and started to learn another dance move, rock. I have to say that it does consume my waist strength. Because I feel huge pain from my waist just after 10-minute practicing of it. I had no idea about the reason behind it until I repracticed it again in the noon. Maybe the truth is my waist muscle is a little bit old, requiring more injection with some new engerge, such as more "rock".
