无聊的大人

When you tell them that you have made a new friend, they never ask you any questions about essential matters.

They never say to you,

"What does his voice sound like? What games does he love best? Does he collect butterflies?"

Instead, they demand: "How old is he? How many brothers has he?

How much does he weigh? How much money does his father make?"

Only from these figures do they think they have learned anything about him.

If you were to say to the grown-ups:

"I saw a beautiful house made of rosy brick, with geraniums in the windows and doves on the roof,"

they would not be able to get any idea of that house at all. You would have to say to them:

"I saw a house that cost $20,000."

Then they would exclaim: "Oh, what a pretty house that is!”

当我们，作为一个成年人，遇到《小王子》的这两个问题会做何反应？

如果有人想向你介绍一个朋友，你会想了解关于这个朋友的什么方面？如果有人向你介绍一栋房子，你会想了解关于这栋房子的什么方面？

如果是我的话，我是脱离不了那里面的成年人的“理性化”的回答。

不记得最后一次天马行空的想象是在什么时候，不记得认真的数花园里有多少种颜色的花是在什么时候，也不记得儿时当宝贝藏起来的那些小物件都去了哪里。

或许我们无意识的被理性化了很多地方，但我们仍可以用心的去感受一些有趣的事情，用小王子的视角去重新认识一下身边的人和物，一定会有很多奇妙的新发现。重新认识一下自己，或许我们像极了那个无聊的大人。
