Good morning, teachers, it’s my great honor to be here to introduce myself to you all today.
My name is XXX, I am XX years old, worked for more than 8 years.I graduated from XX University and got my Master degree in XX，majoring in XXX. After that, I took my first job as a SW engineer in a traditional telecom company, a foreign company, the atmosphere was so nice, the coworks were always friendly and with high education, the interpersonal relationship was simple, everyone was willing to put every effort to take care of our products. I got myself involved in the team quickly and got Grade A during this period.
After 4 years, I got a chance to be a team leader, 8 persons at the beginning, gradually 16 persons, finally 24 persons(one offshore team). I gained lots of experience of team mgmt, including Process, Competence, Motivation, etc. Thanks to support from my managers and all team members, I was nominated as excellent employee this year. Next year, I got a promotion to be a Project Manager, which really expanded my view on the strategy and full picture, meanwhile had more chances to contact with managers to enhance my management capability.
After 8 years unforgettable experience in this foreign company, I took great courage, move on to Internet company, to challenge myself and to expand my career possibility. Looking back, I should say thanks to the twisted choice, I achieved excellent project, excellent employee within half an year！What's more, I knew more about myself, and adapt to change, embrace change.
I love my job very much and always try my best to do it. However I always feel what I have gained are far from helping me to cope with the changes in the business world. In particular, there are always so many new ideas, technology and new concepts around us. I would be kicked out of competition if I did not keep learning. That’s why I choose to take XX course in this famous University.
I believe my study experience will significantly help my career development in future.
