小时候你出门在外时会不会各种担心，不敢一个人出远门。高中毕业后，第一次一个人坐飞机去比较远的外地学校报到，第一次进校门认识了几个计算机系的学生，其中一个江苏的女孩子听闻我是独自一个人坐飞机去报到的，竖起大拇指佩服我。
When you are young will you worry when you go out alone,will you not dare to go out by yourself?After graduating from high school,first time i flied to the college to study far away from home,the first time i met a few new students majored in computer, one of the girls from Jiangsu heard that I was flying alone to school, she thumbs up and admire me.
第一次去旅行是跟团去的，以前从来不敢一个人冒险出去旅行，于是选择了跟团。即使如此，还是都是陌生人。没想到有了这次经历，以后就不那么害怕出门了，因为旅行见过了从未有过的美景。
The first time i went for a trip was with group,never dare to risk travel alone in a person, so i chosed to go with group. Even so, there were still all with strangers.Did not expect the experience was good because of the travel, the future i will not be so afraid to go out anymore, i never seen such beautiful scenery.
很多时候因为胆子小不敢去做一件事情,由于恐惧害怕而放弃一些事情。遇到陌生的或不熟悉的事，就没有胆量。
Often because of less courage we gave up doing a thing,because of fear we gave up things we wanted to do. When we encounter strange or unfamiliar things,we do not have courage.
其实每一次大胆迈出一步去尝试，只要你要懂得判断，明辨是非，对风险进行控制和评估，都会带来意外和惊喜。
In fact, every step we try in courage, as long as we know how to judge,distinguish right from wrong,control and evaluate the risk,and will bring us surprises.

毕业以后出来工作，当时是一个创业公司，一切都刚起步，除了电脑什么都没有。老板是个女孩子，没想到人家手到擒来，做得有声有色，没几年公司就发展起来了。
After graduation to work,i worked in a start-up company,everything was just started,nothing we had in addition to some computers.The boss was a girl, i did not expect the boss captured things from nothing to something,did good job,and the company developed in a few years.
老板很有胆量，即使是一些没做过的事,别人不敢做的事,在我看来是特别棘手的事,当时真的是做不来,各种焦虑和恐慌，在她那里却能迎刃而解。
The boss was in great courage,some things that even had not done before,or others did not dare to do,which in my opinion was particularly difficult thing, i can't really do it,i was with all kinds of anxiety and panic, but she solved them easily instead.
首先对情况进行各种考察分析，收集各种信息进行判断和权衡，最后大胆出击，敢于冒险，开辟了一个属于自己的新天地，稳定了公司业务。
First we did a variety of investigation and analysis of the situation, collected all kinds of information to judge and evaluate, and finally hit in courage,take the risk,opened up a new world of own business,and stabilize the company for the business.
工作后发现，要想有进步发展要懂得独立做事的能力，不害怕做没做过的事，克服焦虑和恐惧，敢于根据判断做出决定和选择。
After work i found that in order to have progress and development we have to have the ability to work independently, do not be afraid to do things that never do, overcome worry and panic,dare to make decisions and choices based on judgments.

现在大环境都不好，不少中小企业在经济困境中苦苦挣扎，特别是比较夕阳的产业，竞争力不强的制造业或实业。
Now the environment is not good, many small and medium enterprises struggling in the economic difficulties, especially the sunset industry and manufacturing industry which competitiveness are not strong.
在整个行业低迷经济不景气的情况下，要想突出重围，就要多探索开发，在没有违反基本原则的情况下，多去尝试没做过不敢做的事。
In the case of the economic downturn in the whole industry, in order to get out of the tight encirclement, we must explore and develop without violation of the basic principles, we must try to do more things that did not dare to do before.
比如我们越来越需要一些技术创新，一些先进的管理方法和团队协作的能力。

Opportunities favor those who dare to take risks, come forward, the courage to try and innovate,so can rescue fromthe difficulties.

在这个变化的时代，什么都是不稳定的，你现在学到的东西，说不定哪一天就不再需要了，你积累的经验在不同时间有可能用不上了。你现在的工作，说不定做着做着就换了。每个人都要不断更新和学习新的技能，如果你不敢冒险，不懂得变化，就会被淘汰。
In this changing era, everything is unstable, what you are learning now, maybe one day are no longer needed, and your accumulated experience may not be useful at different times. Your work may change while you are still doing it. Everyone must constantly update and learn new skills, if you do not dare to take risks, do not know how to change,you will be eliminated.
安全感来自于自身，当你能够适应变化，学会了生存的能力，不管世界怎么变，你都不用担心和恐慌。真正的能力也许是这种适应变化的能力了，而这种适应能力从敢于冒险而来。修炼了此身能力，相信你在荆棘丛林中都能运动自如。
A sense of security comes from your own, when you can adapt to change, learn the ability to survive, no matter howthe world changed, you do not have to worry and panic. The real ability now may be the ability to adapt the change, and this ability comes from the courage of taking risk or adventure. Practicing this ability, I believe you can move freely in the thorny jungle.
我们的社会越来越需要这类具有生存能力，发展能力的人才。你是不是具备这个能力呢？
